What is a Discovery Program?
Have you ever experienced a App or Website that should be simple, clear and functional but is not up to the job? It happens all too often!
MoreHarvest is committed to building an app and web experience that revolves around its users. In our eyes, the opinions of our investor community are the only ones that matter, therefore we build all of our user experiences, features, and designs working alongside a willing and enthusiastic community of Discovery volunteers.
Our Discovery Program is the place where we bring together ideas from our network. We ask questions, give demonstrations and collect feedback that helps us create a great product fine-tuned for our audience and one that removes obstacles, meets needs and satisfies desires . Our Discovery Program volunteers is an extension of the team, where a conversation can lead to a feature or function that we end up building and then used by our investors.
What do you get out of it?
By volunteering with us, you'll see your own ideas and feedback developed and delivered. We are creating a game changer for REITs and we need a digital experience that is both familiar and an improvement on similar products such as banking apps or investment platforms.

How does it work?
There are two types of Discovery we do
- A face-2-face interview - we will show you prototypes, ask questions and get to know you better so we have high confidence levels that what make meets expectations.
- In-direct online testing - by using a tool called Maze, we send out a email with a link. This contains a small task for you to complete using a few of our designs. We get reports on whether what we think works well actually does what it supposed to.
How to use Maze
- You'll receive an email from one of the MoreHarvest team with a link to Maze. The experiment will only be active for a period of time, usually a week.
- Once selected, you'll see the below Welcome message. Hit 'Next'.
- There will be a short Task to complete. The description of the Task will visible in the left-hand panel.
- After clicking "Get started," you will be presented with a screen from our platform, which is the prototype that we are testing. Some elements may not be interactive or clickable, but try to finish the task you were given. We are testing our app and designs, not you. If you are unable to figure out what needs to be done, you can end the task.
- This message will appear if the task has been completed successfully. Usually, there will be a brief survey at the end asking for additional feedback. This could be a rating of how easy or difficult the task was for you, or it could be written feedback about your ideas or suggestions for how we can improve. Please remember to enter your name at the end so we know who has finished the task and so we can send you your thank-you gift.
